What's New

There are a number of major new features in this release, please see the Help Screens in the App for more details. Fully tested for iOS5.0 1) AGENDA SUPPORT : You may now create an AGENDA for each meeting, the Agenda can be emailed to the Meeting Attendees prior to the Meeting taking place. 2) EMAIL ACTION LIST : You may email the entire action list, email actions to a specific action owner or allow the iPad to create emails for every action owner with actions. 3) ATTENDEE LIST RE-USE : You may save an Attendee List and re-use it in your other meetings. For example you create a Team Meeting and add your Team Members into the Attendee List, you may give the Attendee List a name (i.e. Team Members). Next time you create a meeting with the same Attendees instead of adding each Attendee individually you may select the Attendee List called Team Members and they will be auto populated into the Attendee List. 4) EDITING ATTENDEE DETAILS : It is now possible to edit the Attendee Details in the Attendee List, simply touch the start of the Attendee name to access the Attendee Details Pop-up. 5) KEYWORDS FOR ACTIONS : You may now specify keywords for actions and use this to filter your Actions List. A number of stability enhancements have been made. A number of UI Enhancements have been made. Bug Fixes Include: 1) Rendering Email Text : If you had entered a Tab into the text this was not rendered into the email, this is resolved. 2) Help Screen Scrolling : There were some circumstances in portrait mode the Help Screens would not scroll correctly. 3) Exiting Map Screen : Exiting this screen too quickly would cause a crash this has ben fixed. 4) Adding Attendees : A number of changes to adding attendees to increase stability. 5) Folder Deletion : It will no longer allow folder deletion if there are meetings in the folder. 6) "No Attendees Message" would occasional appear even thought the list contained Attendees, this is resolved. 7) When entering a bulleted list the bullets will stop appearing if the previous line is blank 8) The Left Hand list can be scrolled to the bottom when the keyboard is open. 9) Changes to photo management to help where some users would not see the image in the application. 10) A number of other minor stability and bug fixes.
