Added Features:
* Save document to Google Docs! When Markdown feature is enabled, the exported document will be HTML with rich text!
* Image Upload using Posterous
* Send SMS using Note & Share.
* Export to clipboard. And HTML export when Markdown is enabled.
* TextExpander support. Type faster on your iPhone or iPad using short abbreviations that expand into long snippets.
* Save user's editing text automatically, the content will be restored even the app is killed in background.

Enhancements:
* Before using bookmarklet, you may select portion of text or image from the web page. When you click the Note & Share bookmarklet, the text and images will be sent to Note & Share with the page title and URL.
* Email subject now do not automatically add "Note & Share"
* For services supporting "Subject" (Email, Evernote and Google Docs), submitting a note will use first line as subject, and the content is no longer duplicate the subject
