If you are using iOS 4 with multitasking, double click the home button to show your recently used apps in the bar across the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on one of the recently used apps, and after a second or two, minus sign will appear along side the app icons. Tap on the minus sign for the Balloon Animals app. This will close the app. Press the home button again to go back to normal mode, then find the Balloon Animals 3D app icon and restart the app.2. If you are using iOS 3, then you will need to restart your device. If a normal restart does not work, you can do more comprehensive restart by holding down the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time for about 5-10 seconds until the device restarts. To do this restart, you need to ignore the "slide to power off" and just keep holding the sleep/wake button and the home button until the device restarts.Hope this helps- sorry about the inconvenience.
