Each WaitApp store comes with an assigned opt-in keyword. This keyword is automated and can be used on your marketing pieces. An example would be:

"To opt-in to text updates from the The Shack, text WTAPP1 to 639227"


This keyword is an automated set of numbers and letters. You can request a custom keyword by clicking the “HELP” button within WaitApp and then select “Send email to support.” Keep in mind that keywords must be unique and we cannot please everyone. Generic keywords such as FOOD, CAFÉ or PIZZA will not be accepted. Only trademark owners can request registered trademarks. Keyword approval generally takes 24 hours.
