Optically translate from 9 languages ( English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish ) to 58 languages by just pointing your camera to the text you want to be translated then move, resize and zoom the magic rectangle to grab the area you’re interested in. Use special modes for travel, reading books, newspapers or restaurant menus. Also use Text Mode for manual and offline (flight mode) translations. IMPORTANT: iTongue is a R & D work-in-progress project. It is fully functional, the recognition of text depends on the quality of the provided image. Scanner Mode – scan a document and send it to your email for further use. Works Online & Offline Whether you have an internet connection or not iTongue will work because it comes with a set of offline dictionaries for the following languages: English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish.
