How to sync notes from iPhone to Mac quickly?

How do you sync notes from iPhone to Mac?I know they sync to "Mail" but seeing as how I don't have an account set up in "Mail" It wont let me just open it up... So is there any other way to sync my notes like with a different application. Or is there a way to use "Mail" Without an account set up..Update : See since I don't have an email setup (I have IMAP Yahoo so I can't sign up for Y! Mail Plus for POP because It won't push to my iPhone) So since I don't have an account set up... when I open "Mail" all I can even try to do is set up an account. I can't get to preferences or anything! - camboy8
