“Tube Washington” is a comprehensive map of Washington's major commuter transport systems. It includes the WMATA Metro system, along with the MARC and VRE lines. The map also includes the Potomac river taxi routes and DC Circulator bus routes. It includes a central section with a simple road map showing major streets and popular tourist destinations overlaid with a geographically accurate transport map.

With no need for an internet connection "Tube Washington" will always be available to display a clear and detailed view of the city transport systems, plus list and animate the optimum route for all your journeys.

Comprehensive details of your planned route are provided, including line changes, directions of travel, number of stops, predicted journey times, etc.

When an internet connection is available "Live Information" on the current state of the transport systems can be viewed (and automatically saved for future reference) allowing you to plan your journeys in advance and avoid any potential delays.

This map provides a geographically based view of the city centre with many places of interest drawn directly on the background so you can easily get your bearings when traveling in and around Washington. You can also use your inbuilt GPS to accurately locate yourself within the city centre and see the nearest tube stop or place of interest.
