SSH 'Abnormal Program Termination'

I use WinSCP to connect my iPod touch 1.1.3
I could connect it but when I want to upload some APPS
it says 'Abnormal Program Termination'
I also use CyberDuck to connect my iPod touch in mac but it crash too
Any one have the same problem?

I could upload any files to iPhones by OpenSSH and APF (MacBook+iPhone combination).

How large was your file that you uploaded. Is it possible that you uploaded an extra large file and causes application buffer overflow?

Are you sure you have the privilege to upload the file into the target directory? Use terminal to make sure of it.
