Are you strong and steady? Now you can use your iPhone to answer that question.

The challenge is to simply hold your iPhone in your hand with your arm outstretched and steady. If you can do this easy sounding task for one minute, you pass the test. However, if your arm moves too much, the count starts over.

Once you raise your arm and have the phone in position, it will start announcing the count every five seconds. Until then, tones indicate that you do not yet have it level. Why level? Because that is the position that creates the greatest challenge with gravity.

Sounds simple enough, but the iPhone senses slight movement that you may not be aware of making. After a few count resets, fatigue becomes a large factor in your success.
