Refresh Failed (Could not refresh sources!),

Any brother,
Please help, why I was input some addresses (isms, iphone4.tw/unlock/ or etc.) in sources or refresh it (use Wifi), every time showed "Refresh Failed (Could not refresh sources!), any one can help me I can't install anything!
And I found I can't going to any web pages when I use wifi, why?? showed that ("Safari can't open the page because it can't find the server.")

Please help, I just use Ziphone 2.5c unlock my phone (my version is 1.13 for 16GB and fireware version is 04.04.05_G.

1. Check you wifi service. Make sure the wifi connection works without problem. Maybe you can reboot your router if you have one.

2. Reboot your iPhone. Try again.

3. If the problem stays, go to Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset Network Settings. Then try to Refresh again.

4. If the problem stays, go to Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset All Settings. Then try to Refresh again.

If you still have the problem after trying the solutions mentioned above, please post here addressing your problem with detail.
