The challenge of setting up meetings and conference calls across multiple timezones has finally become easy with Atama's SnapTime.

SnapTime solves the daily problem of finding the right time for a meeting when the attendants live in different timezones. You may know what time it currently is in London and New York, but imagine you have to setup a telephone conference between London, New York, Los Angeles and Paris. This is where SnapTime comes into play.

Simply select your contacts from your address book, use the time slider to find the most suitable hour of the day and press the e-mail button. Your selected contacts will receive an e-mail with the meeting details including their local time. All of SnapTime's settings are of course customizable to help you be even more efficient.

How does it work?

• Add your contacts
SnapTime lets you select multiple contacts (or cities) in order to check the timezone overlap. Add your contacts from the address book and you are now ready to select the best SnapTime for all participants.

• Find the right hour
Use the time slider to find the hour of the day most suitable to all participants for your meeting. 
A coloured dot (green, orange, red) as well as the time is shown for each contact to quickly see if the chosen time is appropriate.

• Confirm the meeting
Now that you have found the best SnapTime, simply touch the e-mail button to let everyone know when they should attend.
 SnapTime has a built-in e-mail generator that will send an e-mail with the local times for each meeting attendant.
