Keep a record of:

* WHEN a call was made and how long it lasted
* WHO you spoke with from your contacts list
* WHAT the issue was, and WHAT response was given

If you find yourself putting in the same issue and response text over and over then save yourself time by setting up a list of common issues and responses. You can then select from these common items when making your call notes or just enter something new each time.

Email your Call Notes taken in the field back to your:
