4) jump from rule to cited rule using links

5) use the browsing buttons to move forward or backward, one rule at a time.

You can also use your device's built in mail application to email portions of the text if you have a network connection available.

The text is carefully formatted for maximum legibility on your device.

This app also supports the inter-application communication scheme used by all of our legal reference apps, so, where appropriate, other apps will be able to launch this app to display text.
