Using the Time Circuit panel is easy:
1)Just like how real time circuits are made, set your destination time as a 12 digit code by tapping the destination time display area, then entering your number using the keypad.
2)After 12 digits have been entered your destination time will display automatically. (use 24 hour time format)
3)Press the time travel button
