An OmWheel is an aid to meditation as well as just being fun to spin. It can provide a relaxing break from day-to-day chores. It also encourages mild exercise.

A prayer wheel is a cylindrical wheel on a spindle. Traditionally, a mantra is written in Sanskrit externally on the wheel; most commonly the mantra, 'Om Mani Padme Hum'.

Also very common are the eight auspicious symbols of good fortune, that represent the offerings Buddha received immediately after gaining enlightenment.

The wheel helps in the visualization of these mantras, but often the spinning of the wheel is itself taken to be equivalently effective towards good fortune.

Nothing exists by itself. Everything exists only in it's relatation to everything else. In this way, the spinning of the wheel also touches the existence of all things.

The wheel is turned by swiping the surface or swinging the wheel in a circular motion. The OmWheel further aids the visualization with supportive chanting during a period of sufficient rotation.

The user can quickly stop the wheel with a press and hold.

The wheel automatically turns if it detects the presence of other wheels. This presence illustrates how we are all connected.

A revolution counter records the total number of accumulated revolutions.
