Sailmaster is a simple to use sailing application for the iPhone that gives you all of the critical information you need to race effectively.

From knowing which way the tide is flowing, to understanding at what angle of heel is best to maximise your boat speed, Sailmaster gives you all of the information you need in a clear and easy to read display. Timing your tacks and gybes is absolutely critical to winning races and with Sailmaster, the information is always at hand to help you decide when to tack.

FEATURES

- Current boat speed in either knots or km/h.

- Digital Compass. Actual direction of the boat, expressed as a compass heading.

- Calculates any variance in your actual direction and indicates the variance (in degrees) as either a lift (+) or header (-).

– Configurable count down timer for 15, 10, 5 or 3 minute countdown. A warning horn is given on each minute, with dual horns on last minute and beeps every second for last 20 seconds.

– Displays the angle of heel of the boat, in both numeric and bar chart formats.

– For those sailing on waterways affected by tides, Sailmaster will display the direction of the tide, with the time and height of the next full tide.

Simply place the iPhone in H2OAudio’s AMPHIBX waterproof casing, strap it to the mast for easy viewing, and sail away.

Note: The application requires a good GPS signal to give accurate results. It's a good idea to test your favorite spots using the iPhone's built Google Map application. Ensure you see the blue gem when you click the 'locate' button.
