SupportDesk is your ultimate iPhone application to connect to your ©Kayako eSupport® or SupportSuite© helpdesk software (http://www.kayako.com).
SupportDesk will connect with your Helpdesk each time you start SupportDesk or when you click the synchronize button.
Release information
The current version of SupportDesk will display:
- departments
- defined statusses for a department
- tickets per status/department
- individual ticket information including posts, billing information and notes
- individual posts
Additionally you can:
- reply to tickets
- save drafts of a reply (persistent between sessions)
Settings
Preference settings can be added through the Settings Application. Look for the SupportDesk logo/name in the Settings list.
We included preferences for:
- Host URL, User and Password
- Sort Order of Tickets and Posts (Ascending order = ON)
- New tickets Vibrate and/or Play Sound
- Ticket Synchronization At Startup (Manually = OFF), Vibrate and/or Play Sound
- Statusses for Badge Number Show Badge (# on icon) and Status(ses) to use (Statusses by name, comma delimited)
Future plans
Future versions of SupportDesk will also include
- delete tickets
- create tickets
- more ticket property settings
- working offline
- more sorting options
- whatever you ask for (and the API's allow us to do).
