This is a super-simple app to let you edit a single Google Docs file (called 'CloudPad Doc': Sorry, you can't yet change the filename. If you have to have that feature... please wait.)

When you update the doc on your phone, the changes appear in Google Docs. When you update the file in Google Docs, the changes appear on your phone. That's it, just that simple.

I wrote this so my wife and I could share a common task list it might also be great for a shopping list, or an idea list.

Sure it is only $0.99, but you should read this FAQ before you buy anyway:

Q: Does it really only edit one doc? I want to edit all my docs! And spreadsheets too!
A: Dude, the app is 99 cents! Just one doc is what it does!
Q: Does it work with anything other than Google Docs? What about my blog?
A: Nope. Sorry.
Q: Why is it only plain text? Can I make things bold? What about images?
A: Did I mention it was 99 cents? Want a real word processor? I recommend Microsoft Word. It really isn't that bad.
Q: Can I at least email the document to someone?
A: Next version! Really. See, I'm not all "No, No, No." I'm a nice guy after all!
Q: Why yes, you are a nice guy, can I add images to my document?
A: No!
Q: Why isn't it free?
A: Because writing this stuff takes time, not that much time of course, that is why it is only 99 cents, but some time.
Q: So you aren't really a nice guy are you?
A: No, not really.
