Description:

A fun game to teach your kids how to spell! Identify the brightly colored images on top, and use the picker below to select the letters to spell the word.

Choose from 3, 4, 5, or 6-letter words (or set it on Random!), and try to beat the clock to get a high score!

Current Features:
- Easy, Medium, Hard, or Random levels for help with spelling, and a hint button if you really get stuck.
- Hinted letter are easy to see and locked in place.
- The full version contains over 150 colorful, original hand-drawn images – with more coming soon (see FREE updates below)

- Groovy music to keep you or your kids focused and interested!
- High Score screen!
- Easily configurable!

Tested, approved, and demanded by kids between 2-10 years old: the younger kids stick with the 3-letter words, while the older kids play with the 5- and 6-letter words and experiment with the Random settings. All of them loved it.

We’re planning frequent updates with additional words and images, new features, and more sounds. If you have issues please write to us first at support*3lbgames.com for fast resolution!

FREE updates planned:
- More 4-, 5-, and 6-letter images, and we’ll be adding even more periodically. Our goal is to have over 220 original hand drawn images!
- We’re working on sound on images: The word plays when the picture shows, and you can touch the image to hear it again.

Tips for playing:
Check the Settings before starting a new game. Set the number of letters and difficulty for your child to get started. Show your child how to adjust the settings so they can experiment with the difficulty on their own.

You can spin the picker fast or slow – give it a good whirl for letters lower in the alphabet! It’s fun!

Stuck? Hit the Hint button. You can get a hint at any time… even for the last letter. Be warned, though: Each hint takes 5 seconds off your time. If you hit Hint for all the letters of a word, you don’t receive a score for that word, and your time will be depleted.

If your child is having difficulty getting the word right in the time allotted, switch him or her to Practice mode. Practice mode has no time limit, no score, and no pressure. It’s a good way to build confidence for the larger words.

Hitting the “Next” button is the equivalent of saying “I give up”, no score is given and you move on to the next image.

Parent iPhone Tips
1. Buy a case for the phone. We recommend both the Speck Toughskin and the Pixel. The rubberized textured surface will help little hands hold onto the phone and help protect against bumps and drops – and it’s good for adult hands too!
2. Set rules about iPhone use. For instance, “You are only allowed to play with the iPhone/iPod while sitting,” “No iPhone/iPod in the kitchen or bathroom; no using it near water and hard floors.” You should also set a time limit and make sure your child knows where to bring the iPhone/iPod when they’re done playing.
4. Write us with suggestions, issues and comment support*3lbgames.com
