WhosAround lets you find and chat with people around you.

It uses your iPhone or iPod Touch's GPS to determine your location and find people who are nearby. You can use it to chat with interesting people in your area, or to message friends nearby.

When you're bored, see WhosAround to strike up a conversation. You never know who you might discover in your neighborhood!

It's similar to Loopt and WhosHere, so if you like either of those apps, give this one a try.
