HybridRef is an application for the iPhone that allows Firefighters,EMS Personnel and Rescuers a reference to hazard locations and power down procedures for hybrid vehicles that may be involved in motor vehicle accidents.

HybridRef is intended to be an EDUCATIONAL reference, NOT an on-scene reference to be used for responder/patient safety. The application is only a summary of information found in cited Emergency Response Guides provided by vehicle manufacturers.

v1.0 of this application includes 4 vehicles. Future (already in progress) releases will include many more vehicles as well as a "general information" section devoted to safety and best practices for working with and around Hybrid vehicles.

Any constructive comments will be taken seriously and considered for improvements in the application.
