YOGA INSTRUCTOR PRO is customized to fit your schedule:

• CUSTOM SEQUENCES - create your own sequences and reorder them as desired. Each pose comes with the appropriate guided audio.

• Timing of Poses – use the default timing for each pose, or customize our own length of time

• Sequence Repetition – use the default number of repetitions for each sequence, or customize your own number of repetitions
