Description:

This app is like a rating and recommendation portal exclusively for your iPhone. You can rate the current location based on a 5-star-system and add a category as well. The following categories can be chosen:
- Restaurant (yellow)
- Fastfood (red)
- Nightlife (purple)
- Bar (green)
- Café (brown)
- Shopping (white)

You can see ratings near you on a map if you turn your iPhone horizontally. The size of a marker shows the classification. The bigger, the better.

Fast and non-specific rating!

iRate Lite includes all features of the original iRate application - and advertisement.

Known Issues:
- The server database is almost empty. Therefore, there are not many ratings yet. You are doing pioneering work.
- The map is based on a static image for iPhone OS 2.x. You can neither zoom, nor view more details for a location. This will be better with the new API of iPhone OS 3.0.
