I live in SA, and got my iphone from overseas. This is my first iphone.
After getting the phone, updating firmware was the first thing I did, which is stupid. Now the phone is locked. When I put my sim card(SA one) in, there is a message says "incompatible sim".
I dont know how to solve this problem. Please can anyone help me with it?
I was thinking of reinstall the software/revert it back to original state before update. However, as what I said at the beginning, have no idea how.
Really appreciate any suggestion.
