MyLists lets you create lists to track all this information. You can add, delete, reorder and tick items in your list. You can delete lists by swiping the list you want to get rid of. Inside your list, you have more options. In normal mode, swipe to delete or tick off items by tapping them or drop into edit mode to move items about.

MyLists Lite lets you have 2 separate lists at a time. If you do want to have more lists, please consider the full version of MyLists.
