ColorMail is a "does what it says on the tin" application to add a little color to your emails. It also allows you to compose your emails in landscape format now rather than have to wait for the iPhone 3.0 update. You can select the foreground and background colors, font and font size as you compose then send your email off to the iPhone's email application.
