In order for rMote Lite to work, you must have your XBMC configured to use a Web Server, and know which IP and port it is connected on. 99% of the support emails I have received have been due to incorrect settings on their media center.

*****Crashing?******
If rMote is crashing on you, and a reboot doesn't fix it, delete the application from your phone, and in iTunes. Then redownload it. That's fixed the issue for everyone who has emailed me.
