Just enter the barcode´s number located on the product´s packaging before making your purchase, and “where my
money goes" will tell you the country of the company where your money will go if you
decide to buy it (or where it went if you already bought it).

How does it work?

All retail products have a barcode that identify them and contain information about the product and the company that sell them. "Where my money goes" decodes that information and tells you the country associated with the product´s point of sale. Please note that this is not the country in which the product was manufactured (That´s written on the product label). The barcode on the product label reflects the location of the company, not the manufacturing location for the product.

"Where my money goes" supports 4 types of barcode used internationally for retail products (8, 12 or 13 digits), so you can check any product virtually anywhere.
