I cant find iMovie for iPhone 4

I just got my iphone 4 last night and i was trying to download iMovie for my phone, and start to have some fun.

I have searched around in the app store using several devices: iPhone 3Gs, iPhone 4, iPad, and the computer. I still couldn't find the iMovie. I surf the net but I don't see any articles about the app has been unavailable.

Then I thought, may be my itune account has set Taiwan region so I couldn't find the app, so I have changed to US and HK, however I still couldn't find the app.

Can anyone help me? Thank you very veery much!
