shakedate is an application to help you shake up your normal dating routine!

shakedate can be used in one of two ways…

1 – As a planning tool! You are in charge of the next date night or coming up with a date idea.

2 – As the 1st phase of your next date! For example…
• “So, what are we going to do on Friday?”
• “Let’s shakedate! I’ll come over at 6pm, let’s have a glass of wine, and then we’ll shake it up!”

In other words, whatever your shake result is …that is your date! Step to it! Talk about being spontaneous!

Shakedate lets you select initial parameters of your date…
• theme: Active, Culinary, Chillin, Cultural, Romantic, Seasonal, or Service
• where you want your date to take place: Indoor, Outdoor, or at Home
• your budget: free, $, $$ or $$$
• how much time: 0-2hrs, Half Day, Full Day!

1. Date – takes you to the main screen where you can “shake” to get a date idea
a. Theme – if you want to lock in a specific theme, move the roll bar with your finger to that theme and then press the lock bottom below it
b. Venue - if you want to lock in a specific venue, move the roll bar with your finger to that venue and then press the lock bottom below it
c. Budget - if you want to lock in a specific budget, move the roll bar with your finger to that budget and then press the lock bottom below it
d. Duration - if you want to lock in a specific duration, move the roll bar with your finger to that duration and then press the lock bottom below it
e. Result – after you shake, your date idea will come up in the recommendation bar. Press that button to get more details on the date. On the date result page, scroll down to:

o Add the date to your favorites, so you can recall your favorite date ideas

2. Top 25 – a quick list for the top 25 “in-season” date ideas

3. Stories – once selected, this screen has two sections: 1. – submit your “best” or “worst” first date story by pressing the green target for best or red target for worst. Upon approval, your story will be posted! 2 – scroll through other people’s story for a good laugh or cry!

4. Submit – have a good Fall date idea you want to share? Fill in the blanks provided and submit your date idea. If you include your information, we can give you credit for the date idea and thank you for sharing!
