Budgets & Bill Tracking is a Balance Forecast system combined with Bill tracking which displays the amount of money you currently have in a calendar view. By entering your expenses and income using our easy to use tool, Budgets & Bill tracking project how much money you have and will have on any given day. With a regular budget app, the user will enter an amount, then based on that amount they will determine how much money can be spent during that month.

Budget Planner takes a different approach; it tracks your Bills, Budget, Calendar, and Transactions by displaying your balance on a calendar view letting the user know how much money they will actually have on any particular day. Like a balance forecaster, where you enter all your current and future transactions.

Here is an example:
Let's say you get paid every two weeks starting on the 1st, so you click the plus sign in the calendar view and enter 1,245 (make it recur every 2W). Then on the 3rd your electric bill will debit the account for 200, the water bill on the 9th for 100, and your cell phone bill on the 12th for 300.

Budget Planner will display 1,245 on the calendar until the 3rd when it will change to 1,045. Then on the 9th it will display 945, and on the 12th it will display 645. This way the user will know how much money they will have today and after all the bills have been paid in any particular day.

As you can see, Budget Planner calculates your balance daily based on your current and future entries. This makes the calendar display the amount of money you have right now, or after 5, 10, even 180 days if you enter transactions that will occur in the future.

Note:
If a bill is marked unpaid, it will only appear in the unpaid section. Once the bill has been marked paid or the check mark has been clicked in the summary view, the bill will show in the calendar and in the paid section the day you mark the bill as paid.

What's New

With the 4.1 update from Apple some people have experience crashes when selecting different currency. You can still run the app with the default currency. Our new update will be out in about 5 days and will include 5 different calculators, 12 new tools, and a several new screens.
